- 4+ years in a QA role
- Functional test planning and execution
- Experience of testing complex systems and business flows
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning capability
- Exposure to test management tools (e.g. JIRA, Quality Centre)
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Experience in Unix and/or Linux environment
- Fluent English
Desirable :
- Experience in Financial Markets or similar
- ISTQB Foundation Level certificate or higher
- Experience writing business-focused acceptance criteria

- Some onshore experience

The platform is the bank's strategic tool aimed at internal/external users for sales and trading of FX Options and Cash products. The platform is used by internal users as well as external e-com clients for trading of FX Vanilla & Exotic Options, FX Cash, Money Market, Interest Rate, Base Metal, Non-Deliverables and Precious Metal Products. Project is the strategic platform for the FX business and will form the single order and trade execution and reporting platform.
The role covers pricing, execution and post trade reporting of the following product types:
- FX Spot, Forwards, Swaps
- FX Vanilla and Exotic Options
- FX Limit Orders
- FX Algorithmic Orders
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that delivery adheres to the company’s Testing Standards: that all changes have sufficient test coverage, with documented test cases and that those test cases are executed and defects fixed.
The candidate will work as part of an Agile team, helping to ensure that all User Stories have well-documented User Acceptance Criteria, and that those tests are executed within the iteration cycle.
The candidate will need to demonstrate an ability to learn new business and technical concepts quickly.
The candidate will be comfortable working and collaborating as part of a global team, but will also show individual initiative and an ability to take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution.
The candidate will have a 'can-do' and pragmatic attitude and will be willing to contribute to all aspects of the development cycle (e.g. requirements, documentation, support etc.)
The candidate will have excellent attention to detail and will be prepared to push for quality when delivery pressures are high.
