Based on our dynamic growth Hays opens the position of Market Analyst / Researcher with Romanian & English.

Working of the position of Market Analyst / Researcher you will be responsible for preparing analysis, reports and presentations related to the Romanian job market. You will also look for information about current employment trends and newest statistics, work closely with different associations, career offices & career sites, universities, etc. the way to obtain required data.

After few months the role will evolve into a researcher position. You will have the opportunity to work with and use database you’ve built. You will be involved in all aspects of the recruitment process. You will be responsible for interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies, drawing up short-lists, participating in fairs/other events organized in Romania (when needed), making arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies, helping applicants to prepare for interviews., direct contact with Hiring Managers or Recruiters producing timely reports on recruitment activities, ensuring recruitment delivery and attraction strategies, using all sourcing channels effectively, managing multiple campaigns

We are looking for dynamic professionals with strong abilities of analytical thinking and detail oriented, confident communicator with proactive attitude, preferably with minimum 6 months of professional experience. At least very good knowledge of MS Office package is also required (especially MS Excel & MS Power Point). As you will be responsible for Romanian projects, you need to be fluent in English and Romanian. Previous experience in recruitment is not indispensable.
