Based on our dynamic growth we are looking for a of Market Analyst / Researcher

Working of the position of Market Analyst / Researcher you will be responsible for gathering information on the Romanian job market, either by phone interviews or by reading industry reports. You will also look for information about current employment trends and newest statistics, work closely with different associations, career offices & career sites, universities, etc. the way to obtain required data. Finally you will summarise your findings in the form of reports, presentations or databases.
After few months you will have the opportunity to transfer into the researcher position. You will have the opportunity to work with and use database you’ve built. You will be involved in all aspects of the recruitment process. You will be responsible for interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies, drawing up short-lists, participating in fairs/other events organized in Romania (when needed), making arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies and helping applicants to prepare for interviews.

We are looking for dynamic professionals with well-developed communication skills, used to gathering information by phone interviews and able to draw conslusions from the acquired information. You should also be curious and passionate about Romania, willing to understand the process that are driving the labour market.
Very good knowledge of MS Office package is also required (especially Excel & PowerPoint). As you will be responsible for Romanian projects, you need to be fluent in English and Romanian. Previous experience in recruitment is not necessary.
