About you
- you have marketing background and minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer-focused Retail or FMCG companies,
- you are experienced in working with and implementing marketing strategies,
- you have sound project management experience,
- you have passion to empower the store team to become successful partner in upcoming marketing plans,
- you have problem-solving, planning, analytical and numerical skills at your fingertips,
- you are interested in home furnishing and you are curious about trends of people’s life at home in local market,
- you are passionate about using digital media as a communication channels,
- you have the ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English.
About the job
As a Marketing Leader your role will be to establish the IKEA Brand as the preferred choice in home furnishing by stimulating home furnishing interest, securing strong brand and competitive position on the local market, driving traffic to IKEA stores along with store colleagues / team actions.
About the assignment
- supporting the store and Marketing team by delivering local market intelligence (in cooperation with other marketing functions in the organization),
- taking responsibility for implementing and following-up on agreed local strategies, plans, projects,
- supporting creation of a store marketing and action plans supporting growth of our business in a long-time perspective,
- cooperating with store colleagues to secure successful communication of our offer in all external media to generate traffic to our store,
- promoting IKEA as the good neighbor by working actively with the local communities and charitable organisations.
