Marketing Manager

For our Client, one of the leading international company in the oil&gas industry (our Client distributes gas in cylinders to individual and industrial customers), we are looking for Marketing Manager (with Project Management Skills)

Main responsibilities

Creating marketing vision, strategy and plan for markets in Poland, Czech and Slovakia, taking into account local needs and specifics Managing marketing budgets Understanding end consumers’ behaviors, buying preferences and decision making factors Gathering and analyzing data and industry information about trends, clients; and competitors’ actions Managing projects in fields of marketing, sales and customer service Managing marketing activities both online and offline, including preparing promotional materials (leaflets, articles for press and social media, video materials etc.) Preparing internal and external presentations (in fields of marketing, sales and customer service) Participation in marketing and PR events Being the company’s leader in creativity and innovations Requirements

Relevant experience, on similar position Hands-on person, who enjoys working as Team Player University degree in marketing, PR or similar Proven Project Management skills Knowledge and skills of using modern communications channels Ability to independently manage projects from the concept phase, through completion to the final conclusions, and involving people in projects without formal authority Creativity, open-mindedness and ability to turn creative ideas into action, proven by examples Analytical and logical mindset and ability to cope with dynamic, often ambiguous working environment Team player, high EQ, strong interpersonal skills Excellent command of English We offer
