Marketing & PR Coordinator (F/M)

Reporting to Sales and Marketing Director, the Marketing and PR Coordinator creates and carries through promotional initiatives, organizes and coordinates any major events (launch of new services, sales and marketing action events, etc) for the hotel and its various profit centres (the restaurant, bar, spa, conference centre, etc.), meanwhile ensuring that all communication and marketing activities are consistent with the brand’s guidelines and positioning.

• Execute communication strategies and public relations programs within the hotel\local\regional\national\international markets as appropriate
• Work with Sales & Marketing team and to develop and execute brand initiatives
• Draft and disseminate press kits, releases, editors’ advisories, calendar listings, printed materials
• Develop and build positive relationships with media and industry partners in key markets
• Maintain an up-to-date photo and video library, including a photographic record of all media and special events
• Works close with the team to establish departmental PR activities
• Conduct familiarization trips or tours with local and international media
• Assist with hosting events in the Hotel
• Revise and update the press kits & collaterals
• Ensure optimum publicity is created for all major happenings in the hotel
• Prepare in-house bulletins, newsletter and guest information

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish, English
• Previous experience within content management required
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
