We are looking for:
- Creation and update Customer Master Data in ERP system (SAP, LOTS) according to agreed country specifics for Europe and EMA
- Responsible for data quality of Customer Master Data objects
- Deciding if creation of Customer Master Data objects is necessary; advising the correct Customer Master Data object to requestor
- Preparing reports on Customer Master Data Team Leader demand
- Coordination of master data cleansing
- Cooperation with different departments within BD e.g. Customer Care Organization; TSSC, E-commerce, Technical Service, Complaints, Business
- Being part of data migration process
- Good command of English
- Good command of French or German or Italian or Spanish
- Familiarity with MS Excel (SAP is a plus)
- Good analytical skills
- Willingness to work in detail-oriented way and to seek for improvements
- Customer focus
- Team player and strong communication skills
