CPBC Master Data Team was established in May 2015. We are responsible for creation and maintenance of finished goods, intermediates, raw materials in ERP system. We are also supporting product life cycle in its end stage – owning discontinuation process. We cooperate globally with various business units such as: manufacturing sites, sales subsidiaries, and main warehouses, as the first line of support for cases related to master data.
- Execute Master Data processes according to change request input and policies within the area
- Participate in global projects as consultant and Master Data supporter
- Support the organization in data related inquiries, solving issues
- Participate in discontinuation of raw materials, intermediates and packaging materials as well as finished goods in cooperation with Global Marketing department
- Follow-up on Change request activities with stakeholders to ensure completion according to deadline
- Build and maintain good relationships with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and continues improvement
- Conduct item transfers between production sites on a global scale
- Create reports in BI systems to improve data quality or on request
- Be vital part of Master Data strategy build up and implementation
- Experience within master/base data and ERP/workflow systems
- Passion to work with systems, looking forward to creating different reports based on existing BI system
- Experience in Excel with an eye for details
- High level of numerical and analytical skills
- Good written and verbal English skills
- Ability to read instructions and process requirements
- Knowledge of project management area
- Understanding of cross functional cultures
- Ability to organize and prioritize own workload
