Job description:Team lead is responsible for monitoring and leading the MD team.
Main duties:
- Following internal procedures of services provided by team members.
- Knowing of Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
- Cooperation with upkeep and revise Metadata processes and procedures.
- Working with precision and completeness of Metadata.
- Cooperate with team to ensure reaching the level of performance and quality standards of the company.
- Support technical help for team members.
- Helping with applying new ideas and developing the efficiency and effectiveness of Metadata procedures.
- Assisting customers with solving and escalating their queries related to Metadata processes.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Economics or Business Administration with Major in accounting.
- 3-5 years of experience working on the similar position.
- Fluent in English and German.
- MD Finance procedures' experience and knowledge.
Core skills:
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Skills of leading and motivating the team (within MD process will be an advantage).
- Experience in working with the large team as service centre.
- Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, SAP FI, SD and MM.
