Serve as a key point of coordination for material ledger and product costing activities across global markets and production sites, ensuring consistency and alignment with corporate policies and schedules.
- Support Global Material Ledger close activities, assisting with identifying and resolving discrepancies, acting as backup
- Maintaining accurate financial records, focusing on the cost accounting system
- Ensure correct calculation of standard costs for producing finished and semi-finished products of JTI S.A
- Standard costing and material master data maintenance for various JTI and market locations
- Execution of transfer price requests from various markets as well as production sites
- Execution of annual standard cost roll-outs in SAP, according to the global schedule
- Seek for areas for continuous improvement
- Support in execution and documentation within the JSOX Control Framework
- System testing
- Ad-hoc support to General & Asset Accounting Team
- University / College Degree
- 3 years of working experience in either finance, controlling, project management, or logistics
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Profound knowledge of all MS Office tools and basic knowledge of SAP
- Demonstrates strong proactivity, taking ownership of tasks and anticipating needs without prompting
- Shows high ambition, continuously seeking opportunities to grow skills and contribute at a higher level
- Self‑motivated and driven, maintaining high energy and commitment even in dynamic or ambiguous environments
