The Role
A Microsoft Office 365 Engineer / Exchange Lead role has emerged within our existing team of 20+ technical staff.
You will be working on a consultative approach, so it is important for you to be able to hold high-level conversations around the design, architecture and development of solutions with technical staff and customers alike.
We are looking for an Microsoft Exchange, Office 365 / Azure specialist to maintain a number of infrastructures, as well as to help increase our overall 365 practice.
This is a key position within the infrastructure team; you will be responsible for working in partnership with architects, engineers and build teams.
This is a role based at our head office in Wroclaw.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar Microsoft Exchange/ Office 365 Engineer / Exchange Lead role
- Good knowledge and experience in engineering email solutions with SMTP/Postfix, MS Microsoft
- Exchange Server, MS Outlook, Archiving, DLP and business applications
- ASP.NET developer skills, with the ability to analyse existing legacy processes and provide replacement solutions, including database integration where necessary.
- Strong academic background. A Bachelor’s degree in a numerical or literary-based subject is highly desired but not essential
- Personable, with the ability to build rapport within the team of IT technicians
- Training and time will be given for you to absorb the new environment, but the ability to learn and adapt quickly is a must
The successful candidate will be a punctual and thorough worker, with astute attention to detail. The role will require both independent work, and work within a team, so the ability to time-manage and self-motivate it essential
Skills required for the role will include (but not limited to):
- Extensive Office 365 experience (Exchange,Skype for Business, )
- 4+ years’ experience with Exchange (2007/2010/2013) AD
- SQL and scripting knowledge is desirable
