Microsoft Unified Communication Consultant

Job Description:
- Designing and configuring Unified Communication solutions for clients
- Present solutions and implementations’ best practises to clients
- Being a point of contact for technical questions and problems regarding the Lync and Exchange
- Implement Microsoft Communications solutions into client infrastructure
- Travel to client sites together with other consultants and present newest solutions
- Solve customers’ problems
Candidate's profile:
- Experience in similar position,
- Knowledge of Unified Communication technologies,
- Experience in installation, configuration and support of multi-site Microsoft Exchange and Lync environments offering high availability and disaster recovery,
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2012 and 2008/R2, Active Directory, DNS, TCP/IP,
- MCSA Windows Server 2012 certification,
- General knowledge of network infrastructure services, including diagnostics with Windows system tools,
- Knowledge of Lync Server 2013/2010 and Microsoft Communications Server 2007,
- Strong technical background,
- Excellent problem solving, detail oriented,
- Ability to work closely with customers (internal and external) to understand and manage expectations and capabilities,
- Excellent consulting, communication and documentation skills,
- Continually expands knowledge in the areas of new developments and trends; may make recommendations to management on desirable additions and developments.
- Good ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in order to maintain required productivity levels.

Language skills
- Good knowledge of English
- Polish language is a must
Additional skills that would be an advantage:
- Microsoft certifications in Messaging, Communications and/or Windows Server.
- Production experience migrating users from Exchange 2007 to 2010.
- Experience with virtualization.
- Experience with SharePoint.
