Our Client is an international company with its Business Centre located in the heart of Cracow . Currently we are looking for experienced Candidates for the position of Transition Project Manager.
While working at this role you will be responsible for planning and managing migration projects, which included taking responsibility of planning migration waves. Your role will be to work closely with managers and business partners, all time monitoring migration project progress. You will also provide financial planning, reporting and analyzing, controlling risks and issues.
We are looking for Candidates with excellent planning and communication skills, ability to work independently. Ability to negotiate and resolve complex issues is desirable.
An ideal Candidate needs to have experience in migration of work from existing teams to shared service centre or offshore operation centre. Previous work experiences of supporting a project or managing own project would be an asset. Knowledge of standard migration project lifecycle and experience of using it is a must. Experience of working with different project methodologies such as standard project lifecycle, agile or lean is essential. Fluency in English is a must.
