Your role

- lead a team of management reporting specialists, who produce and change a large reporting environment to set the ground for our Reporting specialists and CFO-colleagues
- cooperate closely with main clients and data providers
- apply / implement lean management
- ensure quality and timeliness of the reporting environment for the division Wealth Management and Personal&Corporate
Your team
You’ll be working in the Wealth Management and Switzerland Reporting Environment team in Zabierzow (Krakow Business Park). We are responsible for producing various financial and non-financial data marts/cubes for ad-hoc reporting and a wide range of standard reporting towards the Business units. These reports cover various aspects of the financial result and its main drivers along different dimensions such as organization, clients and products.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- a master degree in Finance/ Economics or similar field
- 7+ years of experience in Financial Reporting preferable in the financial industry and at least 1 year of experience in managing teams
- excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- ability to positively question the status-quo and strive for process improvements
- the availability to work on weekends (occasionally through the year)
You are:
- a very good team player in a multi-cultural, multi-location environment.
- a proficient user of MS Excel and MS Access
- experience in using reporting tools such as Cognos TM1, Hyperion Essbase, or Business Objects
- fluent in English (German is a plus)
