Zadania:
aktywne pozyskiwanie Kandydatów za pomocą Direct Search, bazy Kandydatów, social mediów, portali branżowych i innych źródeł, które uznasz za efektywne,
kontakt z pracodawcami i Kandydatami na każdym etapie procesu rekrutacji,
realizację celów rekrutacyjnych,
uczestniczenie w wewnętrznych projektach HR,
współtworzenie pozytywnej atmosfery pracy i wzajemnego wsparcia wśród zespołu :)
Wymagania:
pozytywne podejście do życia, do ludzi, do pracy :) - warunek konieczny,
chęć do aktywnego działania, poszukiwania nowych rozwiązań,
dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (min. B2),
doświadczenie w obsłudze Klienta lub sprzedaży lub doświadczenie w samodzielnym prowadzeniu procesów rekrutacyjnych,
koncentracja na realizacji celów,
umiejętność samoorganizacji i zarządzania swoim czasem pracy.
