Do głównych zadań na tym stanowisku będzie należało:
Aktywne pozyskiwanie i selekcja kandydatów;
Prowadzenie procesów rekrutacyjnych na stanowiska różnego szczebla na terenie całego kraju;
Zapewnienie płynnej komunikacji wewnętrznej w trakcie procesu rekrutacji;
Planowanie, monitorowanie i realizacja działań HR;
Budowanie wizerunku firmy na rynku pracy;
Wsparcie w realizacji projektów i bieżących zadań Działu HR.
Od kandydatów oczekujemy:
Doświadczenia w rekrutacjach na różne stanowiska;
Doświadczenia w koordynowaniu projektów rekrutacyjnych;
Aktywności w podejmowaniu działań, poszukiwaniu i wdrażaniu nowych rozwiązań;
Znajomości technik i narzędzi rekrutacyjnych;
Umiejętności budowania dobrych relacji;
Gotowości do częstych wyjazdów służbowych;
Prawa jazdy kat. B. - warunek konieczny.
