Zakres odpowiedzialności:
realizacja planów rekrutacyjnych w obszarze sprzedaży
aktywne pozyskiwanie leadów rekrutacyjnych metodą Direct Search
docieranie do odpowiednich Kandydatów na lokalnym rynku pracy
inicjowanie oraz prowadzenie działań mających na celu stałe poszerzanie bazy Kandydatów, w tym udział w targach pracy, współpraca z urzędami pracy
Oczekiwania wobec kandydatek/kandydatów:
doświadczenie w samodzielnym pozyskiwaniu Kandydatów (mile widziane na stanowiska sprzedażowe lub o charakterze masowym; znajomość metody Direct Search będzie dodatkowym atutem)
umiejętność docierania do potencjalnych Kandydatów poprzez nawiązywanie kontaktu telefonicznego i bezpośredniego
umiejętność wykorzystania mediów społecznościowych do celów rekrutacyjnych
doskonała organizacja pracy, samodzielność i kreatywność
wysoki poziom motywacji, inicjatywa orientacja na cel i skuteczność w działaniu
gotowość do odbywania podróży służbowych
