Osoba zatrudniona na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za:
Samodzielne prowadzenie projektów rekrutacyjnych,
Aktywne pozyskiwanie kandydatów,
Prowadzenie rozmów kwalifikacyjnych z aktywnymi i pasywnymi kandydatami,
Kreatywne wykorzystanie wszystkich kanałów pozyskiwania kandydatów i metod selekcji,
Utrzymywanie stałego kontaktu z kandydatami budowanie relacji współpracy.
Od kandydatów na to stanowisko oczekujemy:
Minimum rocznego doświadczenia w pracy w agencji rekrutacyjnej w obszarze rekrutacji stałych,
Doświadczenia w bezpośrednim wyszukiwaniu kandydatów metodami direct search z różnych branż,
Umiejętności komunikacyjnych, również w zakresie prowadzenia telefonicznych rozmów kwalifikacyjnych,
Bardzo dobrej znajomości języka angielskiego,
Kreatywności, odpowiedzialności za powierzone projekty, umiejętności współpracy z zespołem rekruterów, chęci do rozwoju zawodowego w kierunku samodzielnego Headhuntera.
