For our Client - leading supplier of IT solutions to the public transport sector - we are looking for a Software Test Engineer with experience in manaual testing.
Project duration: 6 months (with possibility of extension)
Main duties:
- Developing on a brand new and groundbreaking mobile application for public transportation
- High degree of independence on architecture, technologies and tools used within the project
- Cooperation with team of designers to help you continuously improve the developed product
- Design Test Cases and use existing tools and techniques to execute test cases and build/script new tools for performing testing/validation function
- Participate in troubleshooting of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution
- Document, track and escalate issues
- Requirements analysis and effort estimation
Our perfect candidate have:
- Experience in native mobile or embedded app manual testing – at least 2 years
- Passion and interest in ensuring quality of what the team delivers
- Strong technical and design skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Basic experience with version control system
- Experience with bug reporting tools like JIRA
- Experience in Requirements analysis and effort estimation
- ISTQB – Foundation Level
- Good communication verbally and written English
Our Client would also see as valuable skills as putted below:
- Experience in writing automated test in Appium, Selenium
- Basic knowledge of SQL and WebServices
- Experience with test repository tool like TestFLO
- ISTQB – Advanced Level
- Experience in testing on different projects – at least 4 years
