Sales Operations Forecasting & Planning team is a part of Sales organization and focuses on supporting sales people primarily with preparing their sales plan/forecast, verifying the results and managing opportunities. Team works closely with various departments within Motorola to support sales in achieving their orders and sales goals (Sales, Finance, Project, Supply chain, Strategy etc).

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
• Day to day issue management:Support and administration of all aspects of Motorola Online for EA, including everyday maintenance and fault finding reported both by external Motorola customers and internally.
• Responsibility for all day-to-day MOL issues
• Working closely with the Motorola Service Desk, Order Management and our TCS teams to ensure end-user and customer issues are swiftly resolved.
• Working with the MOL Global Governance team to improve MOL and our customers eCommerce experience
• Regression Testing, Quality Assurance and Production testing of all new patches and builds is also required which requires out of hours work.Supporting other business teams:
• Supporting Multiple Product teams (and regional account teams (i.e. German MOL)): advising onpromotion type and methods, new product classification and discounts, as well as supporting and maintaining product info in the resource center and customer buying center.
• Maintaining price lists, catalogue logic etc.
• Maintaining and supporting current and new Motorola partners building catalog & pricing logic so customers can see all available products as per their contracts, list pricing as defined by the product groups, discounts as per agreed schedules (all on MOL and Oracle systems) and access to relevant product information and software.
• Updating of discounts for schedule changes and Quarterly Functional discount Audit changes.
Specific Knowledge/Skills:
• Bachelor's/Master's Degree
• Previous experience with ERP systems / online sales systems
• Fluent English - verbal and written
• Good communication skills and presentation skills
• A problem solving mindset as well as an attitude to follow through with plans
• Ability to make independent decisions and to take ownership of problems
• PC Skills are required- Windows NT, Word, Excel
