Multilingual Marketing Back Office Specialist

For our Client international company which developing Service center in Wroclaw we are looking for a Multilingual Back Office Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Analysing online advertising content and business websites
- Providing support and consultancy related to content on Client accounts
- Answering to the Clients, resolving problems
- Maintaining and developing of business relation with Business Partners
- Preparing internal reports for Clients
- Increasing of quality service (process improvement)
Requirements:
- Good English skills, any additional language ( for example: spanish, portuguese, german, french) will be an asset
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Office and usage of electronic mail systems (Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal and analytical skills
- Good adaptability and flexibility skills
- Experience in content writing or data entry is an advantage
