Manage the clients' full Murex environment landscape: refreshes, binary upgrades, setup, issue resolution
Maintenance of Murex tool sets
Diagnose, analyze and resolve Database, Unix and hardware issues
Provide detailed and exacting infrastructure requirements for the setup, maintenance and monitoring of Murex environments
Implement environment and configuration management methodologies
Assist with capacity planning
Automate environment management procedures; Scripting automation tasks
Management of user sessions
Design and implementation system stress tests
Deliver needed trainings and best practices for Murex Clients and project teams
Repository set up for production and test environments
Perform basic smoke tests for the relevant environments
Disaster recovery planning and implementation
Support during Unit testing, SIT and UAT
Must have:
Experience in Murex 3.1 environment management
Experience with creation technical design documentation
Experience of Murex binary upgrades
Experience with customization and documentation of the installation and the upgrade procedures
Be able to customize and document the installation and the conversion/upgrade procedures
Be able to use Murex configuration management tools to import/export configuration items and analyse related issues
Deep Unix and Database/SQL Experience. Shell-scripting capability is a plus
Experience of scheduling tools (Control-M, Autosys)
Experience with capacity planning
Nice to have:
Understanding of passwordless authentication
Subversion
Ansible
Jenkins
