For our Client, an ever-growing Shared Service Center based in Cracow, we are currently looking for candidates with perfect Italian skills and knowledge in Windows / Microsoft Office, ready to face challenges in creating a new IT team.
Working at this position, you will be responsible for acting as a first point of contact for internal and external customers. Your duties will be related to resolving IT issues, providing customer support regarding IT cases, analysing and creating new solutions, providing information and updating applications. You also will be responsible for improving processes under appropriate guidance.
We are looking for motivated, open-minded and easy-going candidates with perfect command in Italian and highly developed analytical skills. Being familiar with Windows and MS Office are also crucial – as a person fully engaged in IT processes, one should have no problem with creating new solutions regarding IT issues. Due to the international nature of the work, your English should be at a very good level.
Any experience in similar position would be an advantage.
