Qualifications:
- Law degree
- Fluent English or German (min. C1 level)
- Min. of 1 year"s experience of negotiating, analyzing and advising on derivatives documentation within a law firm
- A proven record of completing complex documentation within very tight time deadlines
- Ability to collaborate closely with stakeholders from different disciplines
- Regular client-facing experience
- Strong knowledge of a derivatives business
- Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office - especially Word, Excel and Power Point
Responsibilities:
- Supporting client in management and execution of their financial contracts
- Drafting, negotiating, and finalizing ISDA, Repo, Clearing and ancillary agreements
- Building and developing strong, trust-based relationships with diverse client groups
- Being self-motivated, developing your own knowledge, and sharing knowledge with your team mates
- Provide exceptional service to the client
