- Design and develop new processes and features
- Maintain and manage existing processes
- Interpreting and understanding the requirements
- Ensuring that developed applications are fit for purpose
- Perform a business development role, carrying out a combination of remedial work, as well as fulfilling end 2 end development (i.e. from requirements analysis through to delivery of the solution/application, liaising directly with the end users)
- Building core applications using quantitative, analytical & mathematical techniques and knowledge
- Strong customer facing skills (with front office or client exposure)
- .Net Framework (ideally 4.5) - C#,
- SQL knowledge,
- Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF),
- Design Patterns,
- TDD
- VBA/VSTO will be a big plus
- Ability to work independently
- Good problem solving skills and openness to accept new challenges.
