Responsibilites
- Building microservices architecture
- Design and develop new processes and features
- Maintain and manage existing processes
- Interpreting and understanding the requirements
- Ensuring that developed applications are fit for purpose, easy to maintain, support and deploy
- Perform a business development role, carrying out a combination of remedial work, as well as fulfilling end 2 end development (i.e. from requirements analysis through to delivery of the solution/application), liaising directly with the Valuations
Requirements
Must have:
- Good knowledge of .NET 4.5+ environment
- Basic Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF)
- TDD
- Visual Studio 2015+, Resharper
- IIS
- MS SQL Server
- Object Relational Mappers e.g. Entity Framework
- Good working knowledge of English
Nice to have:
- Experience / exposure to developing in an Agile work environment
- Expertise in: Python
- Continuous integration builds using e.g. TeamCity
- Experience in microservices architecture
- Message Bus
- Docker
We offer
IPV-RIPT project provides a set of IPV pricing tools that process market data from a variety of vendors to independently verify trade valuations and pricing models. The system is called RIPT Desktop and is a WPF application written in C# .NET 4.5 using PRISM framework. There are a number of new business initiatives including a project to migrate RIPT from a desktop to service oriented / web based application.
