MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development of solutions as specified by the Solutions Engineer and Business Analysts (Specification document) to answer customer requirements.
- Providing development assistance services (including training) to Regional Delivery Centers and customers willing to develop using Apis and tools.
- Participating to the pre sales activity, designing with functional consultant the proposed solution. He/She will evaluate its feasibility, will be responsible to apply the best available technology considering customer wishes and commercial constraints. Finally he/she will evaluate the effort and cost finalising the service proposal.
- Providing development expertise to build solutions with the Regional product portfolio, integrated with the customer systems, operating environment and business practices.
- Providing consulting services to review and assess the feasibility of a specific customized development.
- Maintaining the customized developments once delivered to the customer.
- Following Professional Services procedure allowing the solution to be reused and maintained.
- If needed participating to onsite missions and working together with customers IT department to secure the solution delivery in the best efficient way.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- At least 3-5 year working experience developing complex IT solutions.
- Proficient in Object Oriented programming concepts.
- Proficient in C#, VB.Net (with proven working experience).
- Proficient in several development environments: .Net, Web Services (ASP, J2EE as a plus), Database (SQL Server), Scripting languages.
- Understanding of the distributed platform and architecture is a plus.
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- English – advanced level.
