Job Description
Undertake Software Developments:
- Ensure alignment with the RBS Development standards and procedures
- Follow the RBS Security Standards at a minimum
- Manage Change Control
- System Testing of new developments
- Source Control Management
Trouble shooting inhouse developedapplications:
- Understanding thefunctionality of applications
- Understanding database structures
- Enhancing and upgrading existing systems
- ProduceTechnical documentation for new developments
- Produce Management information
- Programming: Visual Studio 20032012, VB, ASP.Net, XML, AJAX, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Classic ASP
- Database: MS SQL Server 20002012, Reporting Services, Analysis Services, and Integration Services.
Experience:
- At least 5 years in a similar development role with relevant Technical Degree / Certifications
- Proficient in modern web technologies with emphasis on the front end
- Skilled in designing and maintaining systems with large data volumes
- Knowledgeable in Agile methodologies
- A strong ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, to both technical and nontechnical audiences of various levels of seniority
