- Mastering complex business domains and new technologies
- Designing and developing front and server-side components of distributed systems
- Collaborating across disciplines within a high-performing, delivery-focused team
- Sharing knowledge generously within the internal developer community
Requirements
You are a software engineer with expertise across the .NET platform, including:
- Strong OOP/Patterns
- Multithreading
- WinForms
- Memory management/GC
- Networking TCP/UDP/SSL
You have applied experience and successful deliverable involving:
- Java programming (is a must)
- Security controls and encryption technologies
- Agile development practices
- Distributed Version Control Systems
- Build, test and deployment automation
- Real-time data streaming and messaging systems
- Relational and NoSQL databases
- Linux and Windows operating systems
- Shell scripting
It would be beneficial for you to also have:
- Fluency with additional programming languages (Python, Perl)
- Open-source code visible in a GitHub profile
- Technical writing or presentations published on the internet
- Experience working closely with product managers, front-end developers and quality analysts
You must be:
- Highly motivated
- Delivery focussed with a track record of successful applications in production
- A great communicator and team player
