For our Client, American IT corporation who is opening its new IT department in Krakow, we are currently looking for Candidates interested in the position of .Net Software Developer Lead.

.Net Developer Lead will be in charge of designing and implementing new applications, adding new functionalities to existing ones and maintaining the organization's application systems. Additionally, Lead Developer will be responsible for providing an architectural framework for information system development, understanding user’s requirements and ensuring these requirements could be delivered. This position will be engaged with the Front Office system that support Sales Department and support the integrations to other Front and Back Office systems. What is more, Senior/ Lead Developer will be coordinating development efforts from start to finish within the project team.

The Ideal Candidate possesses University degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience on Senior or Leadership role, experience in software design, database design, modeling and SQL programming. The Candidate should have strong technical background in some of listed technologies: C#/or VB, VB.Net /or ASP.Net, VBScripts, XML/XSL, Java script, Web Services, DML, Crystal Report, SQL Server. What is more, the Candidate should have excellent English communications skills, as the whole recruitment process will be conducted in English and you will work in international environment.
