Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain and troubleshoot global infrastructure in the area of
Network
VoIP
Windows
ActiveDirectory
- Administration/configuration of servers and databases (MS SQL, MySQL)
- 2nd and 3rd lines support for employees in branches across Europe and Asia
- Maintain IT and office hardware in Warsaw office
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in the field of IT support (2nd level support)
- Client oriented approach
- Experience in working with Cisco/Fortinet/HP equipment
- Experience in working with Microsoft solutions
- Very good knowledge of English, allowing to work in international environment
- Knowledge of Oracle is a plus
