- Develop and execute on a strategy for key Service Management functions aligned to the ITIL framework with focus on
Network and Application Performance Management (NPM/APM), monitoring, Incident and Problem Management
- Evaluate, recommend, deploy and operationalize supporting toolsets delivering the required monitoring and analytics
frameworks
Evaluate and enhance reporting (including periodic, ad-hoc and self-service dashboards)
- Support the goal to achieve efficiencies through automation tools and techniques. Develop a strategy to report on key
efficiency metrics
- Develop procedures to track, project or report network availability, reliability, capacity or utilization
- Develop strategies, identify requirements and define specifications for automation systems
- Participate and support troubleshooting and analysis processes
- Provide advanced troubleshooting assistance and routinely collaborate with various teams on operational issues,
projects and initiatives
- Liaise with technical colleagues, vendors and product specialists to define and implement network services and products;
with specific emphasis on the tooling, monitoring, operating, delivery and analysis features and functions

Networking services include Data, Voice and Security Networks including Carrier and Telecommunications infrastructure. Organizationally, Connectivity Services provides Product Management, Network Engineering standards and regional Infrastructure & Operations services worldwide.
A new team is being established specializing in Network Monitoring, Analytics, Tools and Automation.
The team will be a critical function ensuring that associated I&O functions perform as expected, particularly as the bank transitions to new technology strategies such as Cloud and Hybrid IT.
Team will consist of 6 people based out of Warsaw.
