Job Description
- performing L2 diagnosis on incidents
- implementing changes to the environment
- communicating and consulting with internal and external technical counterparts
- designing and implementing Load balancing systems
- incident management, resolution management
- configuring and using network management tools and troubleshooting tools
- troubleshooting complex issues with usage of packet captures and deep packet analysis
- developing and maintaining network documentation, standards and guidelines referring to management tools used to support internal and client networks
