Our client's Regional Centers will partner with field teams in sales, business development, Advanced Services, and Technical Services to ensure a One customer alignment from opportunity development through engagement execution. The Regional Leaders will build out local capabilities and leverage global operations to drive business growth and deliver world-class services that our customers and partners have come to expect.
As a Network Engineer for the EMEA Service Transition team, in the Regional Centre in Krakow, your roles and responsibilities will be to:
- Establish connectivity between the Customer and our client's network
- Discover and Activate network elements/ devices on the platform
- Troubleshoot technical issues encountered during the activation phase
- Present and Describe the high level connectivity diagram to Customers/ Sales/ other stakeholders when needed
- Participate in customer workshops and take an active role in the technical discussions
- Partner with the Service Transition Project Manager and other internal and external stakeholders, to ensure on time and successful completion of technical tasks during Service Transition
- Work with multiple customers (up to 4 assignments) and execute device activation and onboarding
Minimum Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Certifications:
- Bachelor"s degree in Information Technology/ Telecommunications
- 3+ years relevant experience as a network engineer
- Customer facing experience in a multi-national/ multi-cultural environment
- Cisco Professional level certification
- Working knowledge of Routing & Switching. Knowledge of Security technologies is a plus
- English language. Proficiency in German/ French is a plus.
