- Managing Cisco - SAN Switches
- Monitoring of systems to ensure high quality overall performance
- Basic Understanding of Unix and windows, VMware
- Utilise a range of storage solutions including NetApp MetroCluster, EMC VPlex Metro, EMC VMax, EMC VNX and Cisco MDS
- EMC storage – VNX/VMAX/VPLEX/DataDomain
- NetApp filers (metro cluster, block and file)
- Cisco Fibre channel switches
- For the backup, knowledge of IBM Tivoli Storage Manager and Commvault
- NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA)
- NetApp Certified Implementation Engineer (NCIE) – (Backup and Recovery / SAN DATA ONTAP 7-Mode)
