Description:
The Network Engineer’s team is responsible for all network, security and communication issues for internal and external Clients located worldwide.
- Handling incidents, locating the network issues;
- Implementing the changes to the environment;
- Communicating with internal and external technical counterparts;
- Management of system performance, capacity, service quality.
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in networking who have:
- Very good German or French language skills;
- Very good English skills (communication and listening);
- Technology background typically a BS/BA (EE/CS/IS) or equivalent experience;
- Strong experience in installing and configuring IP network equipment in a Service;
- Good understanding of OSI Model, TCP/IP protocol suite (IP, ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, FTP, TFTP);
- Excellent troubleshooting and investigative skills (Wireshark, Fiddler);
- Good background understanding and knowledge of network management software;
- Switching and routing concepts;
- MCSE/MCP/CCNA/ RHCE Certification will be an added advantage.
