• Ensure 24x7 operations and focus on Service Level Agreement;
• Evaluating, upgrading and supporting network infrastructure;
• Ensure smooth operation of communication networks in order to provide maximum performance and availability;
• Develop and upgrade existing network documentation
• Monitor and analyze network traffic
• English and German - good written and oral communication skills;
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is a plus;
• ARP Protocol knowledge;
• L3 redundancy knowledge and L2 Switching technologies knowledge;
• In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP fundamentals;
• Knowledge of ISO/OSI model;
• General Firewall knowledge;
• Experience and flexibility regarding on-call responsibilities.
