Job Description
- Establish VPN connectivity networks.
- Troubleshoot IP networking issues encountered during the device activation phase.
- Apply working knowledge of Network Management Protocols - SNMP, syslog, NETCONF and Routing & Switching protocols for Enterprise and Service Provider networks.
- Participate in customer workshops and take an active role in the technical discussions.
- Partner with the Service Transition Project Manager and other internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure on time and successful completion of technical tasks during service transition.
- Work with multiple customers (up to 4 assignments) and execute device activation and onboarding.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/ Telecommunications.
- 3+ years relevant experience as a network engineer.
- Customer facing experience in a multi-national environment.
- CCNP level certification.
- Working knowledge of Routing & Switching. Knowledge of Security technologies is a plus.
- Fluent English. Proficiency in German/French is a plus.
