For our Client, International Company, following their global expansion, we are looking for a Network Engineer.
The primary responsibility will be to provide remote technical assistance on company’s products to internal and external customers and partners and to manage multiple cases and prioritizes based upon customer and business needs. You will provide Level 1 to Level 3 technical support to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues and perform additional projects as required.
To be successful on this role, you have to have experience in technical support role combined with knowledge in LAN/WAN operations, network protocols, UNIX or Linux Operating systems, and/or networking hardware. We are looking for a person who has working knowledge in TCP/IP protocols and the OSI model, VLAN (setup and implementation), knowledge of at least one of the following: DNS protocol/ BIND/ HTTP protocol depending on supported product, Network or Data Center Firewalls, Service Provider infrastructure. Fluent English is a must. We are looking for responsible, analytical, open-minded people, who are eager to learn and work in multinational team.
