Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. - Interfacing with clients, vendors, and technical teams to develop appropriate technical solutions to business problems
- Deploy, configure and maintain a variety of data technologies demonstrating the ability to be organized and to multitask
- Maintain a high level of knowledge on the deployment of network technologies
- Participating in corporate initiatives focused on developing global standard, policies, tools selection, and environments
- Work with multiple client groups to ensure that shared infrastructure is meeting functional, service level and budgetary requirements
- Maintain and update system and network documentation, provide formal status and updates as required
- Follow established development processes and standards for all work. Identify and propose improvements to the processes and standards as necessary
- Assist in compiling training materials to support operational requirements
- Report and/or escalate issues to management
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Good English (written and communication skills)
- Experience of deploying network technologies would be considered valuable particularly within Enterprise environments
- Expected to demonstrate network design skills, some coordination skills
- Familiarity with facilitating or participating in conference calls is preferred
- Ability to focus on deadlines with time management skills desired
Technical Experience:
- Hands on experience with Network Routing and Switching Products required [Cisco, Juniper]
- Hands on experience with Network Security Product preferred [Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet]
- Knowledge of wireless deployments preferred
