Accenture Network Services provide global support for Accenture Internal Network Delivery. This includes Operational Support, delivering strategic Programs of work and Venture and Acquisitions. Specializing in Data, Security, Voice, IP Services, Network Performance & Application Integration, Client Delivery Engineering and Network Transformation.
- Manage the Accenture WAN/LAN network (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Aruba) for EMEA region
- Provide Tier 3 operational support including on-call and troubleshooting of network performance and capacity for deployed solutions
- Participate in deployment projects and implementation of comprehensive changes in the infrastructure
- Use Management and Monitoring Systems.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field supplemented by vendor certifications
- Experience in area of Routing (BGP), Layer2/Layer3 Switching, Wireless, Cloud, Data Centers, Quality of Service and Security/VPN
- Experience in administration of firewalls
- Understanding of networking concepts and components (DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, VRF, Multicasts, VoIP/IPT etc.)
- Good knowledge of English (technical and business). Good presentation and communication abilities
