- With CCNA or equivalent level of networking, TCP/IP and basic security knowledge/experience
- Staying in touch with latest innovations in IT and guest technology solutions (TV, audio, video, telephony, internet consumer technologies)
- With academic IT background 2-3 years of recent experience in IT
- With knowledge of current Microsoft applications and operating systems, including Windows Server, desktop operating systems, Hyper-V, Active Directory and Office 365 and Azure is welcome
- Proactively identify issues and propose solutions
- Good communication skills, be able to tailor technical knowledge appropriately for the audience
- Good level of spoken and written English
- Strong organizational skills, project approach
- Guest oriented and service minded, with attention to quality
- Organized, methodical and solution oriented
- Ability to work in a team
- Self-confident and good interpersonal skills
- Work in a dynamic, international team on projects including Poland and more Eastern European countries
