For our Client – international company – we are looking for:
IP Telephony Specialist (Voice Expert)
Localisation: Warsaw
Duration: long-term cooperation
Responsibilities:
- Design and implementation global UC / Telephony platform
- Lead and support roll out of new UC projects
- Implement UC solutions in the countries in close cooperation
- Support and take leading role for Global IT on all UC and network related matters
- Support the daily network and telephony operations to minimize services unavailability and maximize user satisfaction
Requirements:
- Min. 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience with UC projects
- Knowledge and experience with implementations and operation of ecosystem (e.g. voice mail, contact centers, etc.)
- Cisco CCNP Collaboration / Voice certification
- Strong English communication skills - min. B2
