Network Support Engineer

On behalf of our Client, the global company located in the city center, to the internal IT department, we are currently looking for Network Support Engineer.

On this position main responsibilities include:

• Supporting a worldwide network which utilises Verizon MPLS, Colt MPLS, Internet and Cisco hardware to providing WAN, LAN, and Wireless services,
• Identification and investigation of all supported services problems and issues,
• Performing root cause analysis,
• Implementing an action plan for the resolution and dissemination of conclusions,
• Proactive monitoring a day-to-day live services.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 year of experience with network support, preferably in an international organization,
• Operational experience of QoS for real-time services on resilient and multiple provider networks,
• Experience in datacenters networks,
• Working experience with: resilient MPLS WAN, Cisco hardware, LAN 25000 network ports with Cisco Catalyst 3850 switches, international wireless networks with Cisco 5500 controllers and Cisco Wireless Control Servers (WCS), LiveAction network monitoring for a global network, Riverbed and Cisco WAAS WAN acceleration appliances,
• Analytical, good communication and customer service oriented skills,
• Due to working in an international environment very good English (written and spoken) is a must.
