The NOC Junior Administrator will be responsible for monitoring our systems and responding to problems as they occur.
We require:
- willingness to work in shifts (including night shifts)
- flexibility
We expect some skills primarily in:
- administration of Linux systems (firstly Ubuntu but also CentOS)
- network administration
- basic troubleshooting
- account management
- problem call handling
- servers (Apache HTTPD / DNS / NTP / Tomcat / Wikis, etc.)
- technical communication in Polish and English
It's desirable but not necessary to have:
- knowledge of Big Data technologies (Hadoop / Cassandra / MongoDB, etc.)
- documentation skills
- experience in NOC / service support
