O2C Process Analyst

For our client, an international transportation company, that has recently established a new service centre in Kraków we are currently looking for candidates for the position of O2C analyst.

Working independently as a part of international team located abroad you will be responsible for analysis and support of one of the workstreams in the O2C process (billing, cash application, disputes/invoice adjustments, collection, customer master data). Your everyday duties will include reviewing the company's financial transactions and workstream’s KPIs and understanding operational and financial impact as well as escalating and implement improvement plans when necessary. Moreover you will be responsible for identifying revenue control risk, developing and implementing revenue control plans as well as carrying out reporting process and support reporting requests and audit process as required.

We are looking for fluent English speakers, with at least 3 years of experience in O2C/R2R analysis and experience in dealing with senior management, who are able to work independently. Project work experience will be a great asset.
