O2C Team Leader English Speaker

Position purpose
We are looking for a strong candidate who can take the role of Team Leader in Delivery Team within O2C scope. Person will be responsible for managing the team on a daily basis including operations and leadership. This person will provide the Client with high quality services, ensure that all deadlines are met.

Requirements
- Advanced English is required
- Experience in O2C
- Excellent Customer Service & communication skills
- Ability to build long-term relationships with the Client
- Excellent presentation skills
- Multitasking, ability to organize own and team work in compliance with the operational procedures, KPI/Client’s Reporting requirements, ad hoc priority tasks
- Advanced Excel knowledge and computing skills
- Ability to bring an answer quickly and efficiently
