For our Client, who is a leader from retail industry we are looking for candidate to the teams: Collections, Clearing, Financial Services
On this position you will be responsible mainly for financial services area – processing non cashed issued checks, audit customer issued refunds as well as answering to customer inquiries. Moreover, you will research negative behaviours on customer's accounts and determine actions that needs to be taken.
We are looking for a professional with approx.1 year of experience in Customer Service department who speaks fluent English. Successful Candidate should present the ability to multitask and flexibility to adjust to changing environment.
