Office Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Organizing and coordinating all areas of daily office operations
- Delegation and control tasks carried out by a team of Assistants
- Supervising and monitoring the work of reception
- Coordination of business travel and reception of guests
- Being first contact in matters of administrative office
- Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards, procedures and rules of operation (work from the beginning)
- Planning, organizing and monitoring the relocation company; interior design of new office
- Support the company during active growth on the Polish market
Requirements:
- Least 3/4 years relevant work experience on similar position
- Proficient English (language of work)
- Outstanding planning and organizational skills ensure the completion of multiple ongoing activities
- Ability to maintain professionalism and effective communication
- A self-driven, energetic and hard worker who excels in a team environment
- Initiative, being first with ideas
