Actually, we are looking for an experienced, professional Candidate who would take overall responsibility of administrative functioning of the office, especially concentrated on the car's fleet management.

Opis stanowiska:
- Managing the company's car fleet - registration of vehicles, organizing and ensuring documentation, account of expenses, insurance and damage policies
- Contacting with car dealers
- Organizing office operations and procedures
- Cooperating with external providers, office supply supervision
- Attention to cleanliness in the office, working with the cleaning service
- Providing administrative support to the Managing Director - managing the calendar, organization of travels and meetings, preparing reports
- Dealing with telecommunication operators and managing the phones in the company
- Invoicing
Kogo szukamy:
- University degree
- At least 2 years experience on the similar position - especially working with car's fleet
- Knowledge of administration policies, systems and procedures
- Computer skills: knowledge of MS Office package or Lotus software
- High interpersonal skills and wish to work in a dynamic environment
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Driving license is a must
